While the music was bumping, the bartenders were mixing and guests were laughing, Pretty Living PR debuted its vastly growing company to the many beautiful and handsome guests at Paint the Town PiNK. At 6 pm on Tuesday at Savoy in the Strip District, makeup artists, hair dressers, models, photographers, and the team itself gathered to celebrate what looks to be a very bright (pink) future!
The area was decorated with beautiful, fragrant flowers from Cassandra’s Flowers, and as Cassie arranged her handcrafted displays, the space was transformed and given a chicly-feminine atmosphere.
The bar, dining area and VIP lounge were packed with Pittsburgh socialites dressed to impress! Stephanie Alexis won our Best Dressed award, rocking a fitted, pink and orange color-block dress with cut outs on each side.
Many guests enjoyed the signature drink of the night “Think Pink” – a fruity concoction of Clique vodka, watermelon liquor, cranberry juice and lime made specially for Charissa Livingston and Allyn Lewis, owners of Pretty Living PR.

The camera flashes were non-stop as our fabulous guests graced the PINK carpet.
The pink carpet was also graced by the winners of Prettiest Business in Pittsburgh! In third place, Brittany Hartman’s jewelry line Clavicle Havoc stole the hearts of voters with the delicate, handcrafted jewelry. Eye Kandy boutique took second place, voters love the feminine and chic designs this pretty business offers. The first place prize went to Charity by Dawn Lilly, a cosmetic company with high quality products that value not only their customers, but also their team and non-profit organizations as well.
The VIP guests enjoyed a private lounge on the second floor of Savoy, enjoying a Mediterranean spread of hors d’oeuvre from the award-winning kitchen at Savoy.
During the night, some of PLPR’s interns walked around the venue selling raffle tickets which were drawn at 9pm. A variety of bags and baskets were up for grabs including goodies from Pure Romance, Clique Vodka, Charity Makeup and many other fabulous companies. The participants were ecstatic to hear their number called, and some lucky guests heard a matching number twice, including, model Chelsea LaDea, who took home both the Pure Romance basket and the Girls Night on the Town bag.
At the end of the night, our guests left with a night of unforgettable memories and delicious mini-vanilla cupcakes from Dozen Bake Shop, which I wrote a story about in Pretty Living Magazine, that premiered at the event and in case you missed it, is still available for purchase on this website.
We are so thankful to all of our guests who joined us for this celebration and everyone who helped make it happen…we are so exciting for whatever the future holds for us. This is just the start. Stay tuned for more information about upcoming events!
