This past Thursday, I was honored to be invited to attend a James Bond themed party at Perlé Champagne Bar in Market Square.
At the Global Champagne Bond Soiree, guests came together to celebrate champagne, the 51st Anniversary of the James Bond films and fashion. Guests participated in raffles which will help bring clean water to those in developing nations as well as food to those in need in Pittsburgh.
The night was a combination of the finest champagne and elegant attire. With the purchase of their ticket, guests enjoyed a complimentary champagne tasting from Perlé. A James Bond look-alike roamed the event, offering the perfect photo-op to all the guests.
Towards the end of the evening, Pittsburgh-based fashion designer Sofiya Mozley dressed a collection of exotic beauties for a bond girl-inspired fashion show.
The models were adorned in sexy, fitted catsuits and decadent gold fabrics. The looks were on point for the bond-girl theme, featuring dropped necklines, thigh high slits and toy guns, accentuating the badass femme fatale vibe. As Bond said, “There’s always something formal about the point of a pistol.”
Together, the night celebrated a word of mystery and seduction, while guests drank champagne and supported two very important causes.
